There are ranges from 4 to maximum of 10 weeks for shipping orders. These lead time refer to the time span from the order entry until the product are shipped to your specified location.
Eventual cancellation on Drei furniture online store must be notified to Drei's team within 14 days from the date of the order confirmation via email. In this case no expenses will be charged. If the change of order or cancellation are notified after 14 days, their costs will be charged corresponding to the cost incurred in the process.
If you find our furnitures have defects, cracked teak, mis-shaped structure. Good returns will be accepted only with the submission of a valid proof of purchase and in new, unused and re-salable condition, delivered in original package. Damages to the product caused by an inadequate packaging will authorized Drei to chrage the repairing costs to the customer.
In case of previous mentioned defects occur to your order. You can sent order return enquiry to Prakit@dreifurniture.com within 14 days of received the goods after that Drei furniture will be cover by its warranty. Buyers will be responsible for shipping cost back to Drei company after our team is approved that the goods are in the refundable condition.
Refunds will return back by means that you have used to pay for our furniture, they might take time differently.

All Drei furnitures come with 2 years warranty from the date of purchase. Our customers are promised to received great furniture without rust, wood crack, lose stitches or bad shape cushion on delivery. The warranty covers for manufacturing defect from factory and breaks.
Stainless steel part warranty will be covered for 5 years in case of crack or broken.
Teak part warranty will be covered for 2 years in case of crack.
Upholstery cushion warranty will be covered for 3 years in case of fade colour.
